OILING YOUR SCALP IS OPTIONAL

Tips: Use a bristle brush and brush when your conditioning your hair.

For thick and super grabby hair: Before you rinse out, put hair into 6-8 plaits/braids/twists in your hair before rinsing unless you have leave in conditioner

Other Hair Type: after you comb out and dry, put hair into 4-6 plaits/braids/twists

This will help keep hair combed out

All timing of style is accurate I am fast at what I do, unless you change style or hair isn’t taken out wash and combed out

***If not combed out there will be a a reschedule or $10-20 charge if time allows***

Please be on time in CONSIDERATION for time/clients.

Setting an appointment is reserving a persons’ time exclusively for you. Not honoring that reservation of time or being late for it inhibits that person from utilizing their time to earn money. Please be considerate of this when you have made an appointment. Set a reminder or alarm on your device, leave earlier.

There is no grace period. As I have to respect the time of other clients.

Please grant me a 48-hour cancellation notice. Any lateness, cancellation or no show without the requested notice will incur a fee of no less than ½ the cost of service requested.

Appointments may be cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time. Though the deposit is non-refundable, the deposit can be transferred towards a newly scheduled appointment date/time. If an appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. You must call or text 6786137685 to cancel or reschedule within 7 days.

Consistent abusers of appointment policies may be disallowed the opportunity to schedule appointments in the future.

While it is my goal to service each person at their scheduled service time, additional service requests, late arrivals, traffic conditions, and other normal issues of day-to-day business operations may occasionally cause me to miss that goal. I ask for your patience and assure you that eliminating your wait is my #1 priority..

In the event that Lady of Braids occur a scheduling conflict during the time of your appointment you will be notified as soon as possible & given up to 65% off discounted rate for the service(s) scheduled or fully refunded. The rescheduled appointment must be made within 24 hours of contact based on the client & Lady of Braids
